The clarity to grow.
The discipline to keep.
Willis Advisory helps agency leaders spot client risk earlier, turn account opportunities into action and give their teams clearer commercial ownership.
“Dan brought real discipline and rigour to how we approached existing clients, turning what can often be a reactive function into a proactive commercial capability."
Where is client growth getting stuck?
The warning signs are not always dramatic, they can often look like business as usual.
Delivery is going well, but you are less certain about stakeholder confidence, future budgets or the reasons they would stay.
Everyone can see potential in the account, but, nobody is quite clear on the conversation, the owner or what happens next.
The team manages the work., but you still carry the client context, the difficult conversations and the responsibility for growth.
Get a clearer view of your agency’s client growth health
Assess how your agency understands, owns and grows its existing client relationships.
The Health Check helps you identify where your approach is strong and where it needs closer attention.
-
Review six areas of existing-client growth.
-
Identify the pressure area that deserves attention first.
-
Use the findings to decide what to look at next.
A starting point for better decisions. Your answers provide the picture; a deeper review adds the context.

Start with the support your agency needs
A focused piece of work can clarify the problem. Targeted support can change how the team handles it. Ongoing advisory helps you keep the discipline in place. This is how we work at Willis Advisory.

Not ready for a conversation yet? Start with the Health Check.
The Existing Client Growth Health Check gives agency leaders a quick diagnostic view of where their current client growth system may be strong, unclear or exposed.
It looks at client health visibility, growth opportunity confidence, review cadence, commercial ownership, account planning behaviour and founder or senior dependency.
It is not a full audit. It is a useful starting point.
What agency leaders say

“Dan was instrumental in driving growth and success for our clients. His exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking and dedication to client success made him an invaluable asset to our team.”
“Dan came in to clarify how our client services and revenue functions could collaborate better (and he did this extremely quickly). He delivered a clear diagnosis of what to do, priorites in order and concrete steps we could take at once. Dan will help you identify what matters sooner and provide a tangible way to defend and create revenue.”
Built from inside agency life
Willis Advisory is led by Dan Willis, a commercial and client growth leader with more than 15 years’ experience across digital agencies, client services, commercial leadership, customer experience and existing client growth.
He has worked inside agency environments where delivery pressure, client relationships, revenue confidence and senior stakeholder management all meet.
That matters, because this work cannot be theoretical. Agencies do not need another abstract framework that sounds clever and dies in a slide deck. They need practical commercial support that fits the way client relationships actually work.
